I loved the clean rooms and great wifi during my stay. Being so close to the Oyster Point Marina made my weekend walks so enjoyable as I explored the area and enjoyed the views.

Clean and updated facilities were appreciated.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unresponsive to my room cleaning requests, as it went ignored on more than one occasion. I also noticed the breakfast service was severely lacking, with several items running out and no one to promptly refill them. Lastly, the noise from the nearby railway made it difficult to relax during my stay.

The room was spacious and perfect for my large family, especially with the full kitchen that helped us save on meals. We even enjoyed a trip to the nearby Ferry Building, which was a hit for its great food options.

In my wife’s opinion, the crowded breakfast area could be improved for families with children.

The queen studio suite was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It had a separate seating area and a sofa bed. The fitness center was nice, and the indoor swimming pool was a good place to relax. They offered 24/7 access to coffee and a decent breakfast with waffles and eggs.

Absolutely loved my stay! The queen studio suite was super spacious, with a cozy kitchenette. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, including made-to-order waffles and coffee available 24/7. It was the perfect start to my day, and those warm evening cookies? Yes, please! 😍🍪

The king suite was perfect for my family, featuring a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals easily. Though the hotel's location was convenient, the parking fee felt excessive for the area. While the suite was comfortable, it lacked some amenities that could enhance the experience. Breakfast options were good, but the breakfast area tended to get crowded, making it difficult to find a seat during peak times.

We visited the Ferry Building and Presidio Golf Course, which were awesome. The suite was spacious and comfy for our group. Plus, the included breakfast was decent to kick off our days. Just a heads up, it gets crowded in the breakfast area, so plan ahead. Overall, a solid choice for our getaway!

One downside was the parking situation. they mentioned a new fee which seems a bit much for this area.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like wi-fi, an indoor pool, and 24-hour reception, I have everything I need. The staff were amazing, especially when they helped my elderly parents during my first visit. I’m always impressed with how attentive Adam is. I highly recommend it for any stay, and I’m coming back for a new year!

We booked the 1-bedroom suite. It was a tight fit for our luggage but the bed and couch were really comfy. The kitchenette was handy for meals. Staff was super nice and quick with check-in. It felt cozy enough for us, even with just a bit of space to spare.
